Payment plan
Plots can be booked with a down payment and the balance paid in monthly installments. At the time of the original article (August 2023), plots were being offered at pre-launch rates. Request the current payment plan before deciding.
Master plan and plot sizes
The society is divided into blocks and sectors. Commercial plots had not yet been announced at the time of writing; residential plots were offered in the following sizes:

NOC status
As of August 2023, the NOC for Faisal Town Phase 2 had not been approved. The management stated that it had submitted the required documents to the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and expected approval. Approval status can change — verify it on the RDA’s official website or with the authority directly before booking.
