Faisal Hills Islamabad is a housing society on the main GT Road in the Taxila area of Rawalpindi district, just outside the Islamabad Capital Territory. Developed by Zedem International, it offers residential plots from 5 Marla to 2 Kanal and commercial plots of 2 and 4 Marla, with routes to Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Taxila.

The developer, Zedem International, is chaired by Ch. Abdul Majeed. The company’s earlier projects include Faisal Town, SEA Square, Faisal Villas, Faisal Residencia, Faisal Margalla City and The Faisal Towers.

According to the legacy page, the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has issued an NOC for development on 11,823.5 Kanal, and the society also holds licence letters and NOCs for power, water and gas supply.

Location and access

Nearby areas include Tarnol, Fateh Jang and Wahdat Colony, and the CPEC Western Route and Islamabad International Airport are within reach. N-125 and Quaid Avenue are about 5 minutes away, Tarnol Morr about 10 minutes, and the Islamabad–Peshawar Motorway (M-1) about 22 minutes. Educational institutions nearby include HITEC University Taxila, COMSATS University Wah Cantt Campus and NUST.

The society is divided into blocks, with A, B, C and D described as the premium blocks. Residential plots are offered in 5, 8, 10 and 14 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal, and commercial plots in 2 and 4 Marla. Planned facilities include underground electricity, water and gas, a wide main boulevard, schools and mosques in each block, parks, a cricket ground in Block C, a sports complex, a community centre and club, and a shopping mall with a cinema and food court.
