Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us when you enquire about property.

Who we are

EFS Marketing (“EFS”, “we”, “us”) is a real estate marketing company based at First Floor, Plaza 169-D, Civic Center, Phase 4, Bahria Town, Islamabad, Pakistan. We help people find and enquire about property in housing projects developed by third-party developers.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, WhatsApp, phone calls and other enquiries, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to efsm.pk and to enquiries you make with us directly.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form, request a call back or message us, we collect the details you provide, such as:

  • your name, phone number and email address;
  • the project, property type or budget you are interested in;
  • any message or other information you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the website we, and analytics or advertising providers we use, may collect technical information such as your device and browser type, approximate location (based on IP address), pages visited, links clicked and how you arrived at the site.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, bank details, card numbers, passwords or copies of identity documents through the website forms.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about the properties you asked about;
  • share project information, payment plans and availability, and arrange site visits or office meetings;
  • pass your enquiry to the relevant developer or their authorised sales partner where needed to progress it (see below);
  • send you updates about other projects or offers where you have agreed to receive them — you can opt out at any time;
  • understand how the website is used so we can improve it, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising;
  • keep records and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

WhatsApp and phone enquiries

If you contact us on WhatsApp, or if a form sends your enquiry to us through WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. We keep the conversation so our consultants can follow up on your enquiry.

Calls may be noted in our enquiry records so that any consultant who speaks to you has the context of your request.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses essential browser storage to work properly (for example, to remember projects you have added to the comparison tool). Where enabled, we may also use the following third-party tools, which set cookies or similar identifiers:

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — to understand visits and page usage;
  • Google Ads and Meta Pixel — to measure enquiries from our advertising and show relevant adverts on other sites and apps;
  • Microsoft Clarity — to understand how visitors use pages, using aggregated interaction data.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use the opt-out tools offered by Google and Meta for personalised advertising. Blocking cookies will not stop you from sending us an enquiry. Interactive Google Maps embeds only load when you choose to view them.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • property developers and their authorised sales partners, when you ask about a specific project or wish to book;
  • service providers who help us run the website, host data, manage enquiries or send messages, under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • analytics and advertising providers, as described above;
  • government authorities, regulators or courts where we are required to by law.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Pakistan. Where that happens we expect them to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond to you and follow up on your interest, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

Keeping it secure

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — such as access controls and secure, reputable service providers — to protect personal information. No website or messaging service is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information you would not want to be disclosed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • stop contacting you with marketing messages.

To make a request, email info@efsm.pk with enough detail for us to find your records (for example, the phone number you used). We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also reply “STOP” to any marketing message.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its “last updated” date. Please also read our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
