Faisal Town Phase 2 is a new residential and commercial project by Zedem International, developed under Faisal Town Private Ltd. Located between Thalian Interchange and Chakri Interchange with access from the M-2 Motorway, it offers residential plots from 5 Marla to 2 Kanal and commercial plots up to 16 Kanal on an installment plan.
The initial land parcel is stated at around 25,000 Kanals, and the developer has indicated that the project may grow in future. Zedem International, chaired by Chaudary Abdul Majeed, has previously delivered Faisal Hills, Faisal Residencia, Faisal Margalla City, Faisal Tower and Faisal Villas, among other projects.
Location and access
The society lies between Thalian Interchange, near Capital Smart City, and Chakri Interchange. Thalian Interchange is about 7 minutes away, Girja Road about 10 minutes, the M-2 Motorway about 13 minutes and Islamabad International Airport around 18 minutes by road. The N-80 is about 19 minutes away, Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital about 21 minutes and Faizabad, Rawalpindi, about 30 minutes. Nearby societies include Capital Smart City, Top City-1, Mumtaz City and Nova City.
