Islamabad draws families and investors for its access to education, healthcare, business and employment. For many buyers, a plot in a planned housing society is the most practical way to secure a place in the capital — and installment plans make that possible without paying the full price upfront.
This guide covers five housing societies that buyers commonly shortlist, followed by the booking procedure and the documents you will need. Note that some of these societies sit within Rawalpindi district but are close enough to Islamabad that buyers consider them together.
Housing societies to consider
Park View City Islamabad
Park View City Islamabad is developed by Vision Group and described in the original article as CDA-approved. It is set in a scenic, natural environment away from city noise and is reached via Kurri Road and Bani Gala.
Prices here are higher than in many neighbouring projects, reflecting the facilities and amenities on offer. It may suit buyers who prioritise lifestyle and location over entry price.
Capital Smart City
Capital Smart City is marketed as Pakistan’s first smart city and sits on the Lahore–Islamabad Motorway (M-2) with its own dedicated interchange. It is owned and developed by FDHL and HRL, with Surbana Jurong (SJ) as master planner.
Residential plots are offered in several sizes on an installment plan: you pay a down payment at booking and the balance in instalments over time.
Blue World City
Blue World City is a Blue Group of Companies project in the same area as Capital Smart City. Its main appeal is range: plots are offered at different price points, so buyers can choose one that fits their budget, and all are sold on installment plans.
At the time of the original article (August 2023), the society was positioned for lower-income buyers, with entry starting from around PKR 100,000. Prices change — request the current plan before deciding.
Kingdom Valley Islamabad
Kingdom Valley Islamabad is a project of Kingdom Group and Ghulam Hussain Shahid Sanpal. The original article describes it as NOC-approved and working in collaboration with the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme. For more on its approval, see our note on Kingdom Valley’s NOC.
Residential plots are available in several sizes, along with farmhouses for buyers who want more space away from the city. Plot rates are comparatively low, which makes it worth considering for budget-conscious buyers.
Rudn Enclave
Rudn Enclave is located near the Rawalpindi Ring Road and is developed by RMRSCO (Pvt.) Ltd. The society is planned around an eco-friendly living environment.
When the original article was published in August 2023, the society’s NOC was described as in process. Check its current approval status with the relevant development authority before booking.
