Capital Smart City Balloting

1st Balloting

Due to the instability in Islamabad, the first CSC balloting was intended to take place at the end of November but it was delayed. The project location successfully held its inaugural e-Balloting on December 21st, 2019. The ballot contained plot files with paid dues.

Voting was conducted or eligible plots that had been reserved in Executive Block 1 and Overseas Block 1. Furthermore, selected investors were given the opportunity to pick their plot location by being provided access to the map of the aforementioned blocks in advance. These investors included those who held reservations for the following sites:

  • 100% Upfront Payment
  • 50% Upfront Payment
  • 40% Upfront Payment

Investors who were or are still ready to choose their own location have another option, but they must pay an extra 40% on top of their usual monthly payments.

On December 5, 2019, the final day of the transaction, the selection window was closed. To complete their plot, the participants also had the chance to go to the Capital Smart City corporate office.
