Prices, payment plans and approvals

Prices, payment plans, discounts, possession timelines and approval status are shown as published or stated by the relevant developer at the time we reviewed them. They may have changed since, and they can change without notice.

Always request the current payment plan from us and confirm all figures in the developer’s official booking documents before making any payment.

Verify approvals and NOCs

Where we mention that a project is approved or holds a No Objection Certificate (NOC), we are restating what the developer or another source has published. Approval status can change, be limited to certain phases or blocks, or be subject to conditions.

Before booking, verify the current status directly with the relevant authority, for example:

• Capital Development Authority (CDA) — Islamabad;
• Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) — Rawalpindi;
• Lahore Development Authority (LDA) — Lahore;
• Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) and the relevant district authorities;
• other development or building control authorities with jurisdiction over the project.
