Top City Islamabad is a housing project on Kashmir Highway, near the junction of the M-1 and M-2 motorways and about 3 km from Islamabad International Airport. Spread over 9,081 Kanal of green, hilly surroundings, it offers residential, commercial, high-rise apartment tower and farmhouse plots on installments.
The society is developed by Kunwar Moeez Khan Constructions (KMKC), led by CEO Kunwar Moeez Khan, and work on the project began in 2012. The master plan was prepared with national and international architects, engineers and planners.
Blocks and plots
The project is divided into Blocks A to H. Blocks F, G and H lie close to the airport, and the legacy page notes that Block G has been taken over by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for security reasons. Residential plots are listed from 25×50 to 75×120 Sq. Yd., commercial plots at 30×40 Sq. Yd., and apartment tower plots from 5,555 to 9,779 Sq. Yd., with farmhouses also part of the plan. Amenities listed include security, commercial areas, a theme park, healthcare, education, utilities, parks and a mosque.
Installment plans are published for residential, commercial and apartment tower plots. Residential plots were listed from PKR 4,500,000 in total, payable through booking, confirmation and allocation payments followed by 33 monthly and 5 half-yearly installments, while tower and commercial plots use 11 quarterly installments. The smallest plot appears as 25×90 in the plan and 25×50 in the size list, so confirm dimensions before booking.
Approvals and access
According to the legacy page, the project holds NOCs from the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), National Highway Authority (NHA) and Environmental Protection Department (EPD). Capital Smart City is nearby, and Islamabad city is reachable in under 10 minutes. While the Kashmir Highway extension near the airport interchange is under construction, an alternative route via Fateh Jang Road is in use.
