Nova City Islamabad is a housing project on the M-14 Motorway near Islamabad International Airport. Developed by Nova Group, it offers residential plots from 3.5 Marla to 1 Kanal along with commercial plots, villas and farmhouses across several blocks.
Nova Group is chaired by Ch. Junaid Afzal, whose other projects include Nova One Lahore and Nova City Peshawar. According to the legacy page, the society is approved by the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Fateh Jang and the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA).
Location and access
The site lies close to the CPEC route, the Rawalpindi Ring Road and the CPEC–Ring Road interchange, and is near the Rama, Sapiala and Kasana dams. Neighbouring projects include Top City-1, Mumtaz City and Capital Smart City. Islamabad International Airport is around 22 minutes away, the M-2 Motorway about 26 minutes, Islamabad about 27 minutes and Rawalpindi about 32 minutes.
Master plan and plots
The master plan features a 400 ft central boulevard, a 500-Kanal central park and 35 miles of tracks.

Residential plots were published from PKR 1,275,000 in total, payable through a down payment, 40 monthly and 8 half-yearly installments and a possession payment. Installment plans are also published for the Overseas, E-Sports and Pueblo blocks, while only total price and booking amounts were published for commercial plots.
The project is in its early stages of development. Prices and block availability change, so verify approvals before booking and contact EFS Marketing for the current plan or a site visit.
