Multi Gardens B-17 Phase 1

Multi Gardens B-17 Phase 1 is a housing scheme by the Multi Professionals Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS) in Sector B-17, Islamabad. It lies on the main GT Road near the M-1 Peshawar–Islamabad Motorway and offers residential and commercial plots.

The legacy page states that the scheme's NOC is approved by the Capital Development Authority (CDA). Around 7,673 Kanal are reserved for Phase 1, divided into Blocks A, B, C, C1, D, E and F.

Plots and payment

Residential plots of 5, 8 and 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal are offered, along with commercial plots of 8, 10 and 14 Marla. Plots are booked with a down payment and the balance is paid in monthly installments; the source notes that development charges are included in the payment plan. No plan figures were published, so request the current plan. Booking requires passport-size photographs, a copy of your CNIC (NICOP for overseas clients) and the payment receipt.

Location and access

The scheme is close to the CDA sectors of B-17, F-17, F-18, G-15 and G-16, with Capital Square B-17, Faisal Town, Faisal Hills, Top City-1 and other schemes in the area. Access routes include the main GT Road, the M-1 and M-2 Motorways, Srinagar Highway, and the Islamabad–Rawalpindi, Fateh Jang–Tarnol and Thalian Interchanges, with Islamabad International Airport also reachable. Planned amenities include mosques, utilities, water supply, roads, parks, education and healthcare.
