Approval status
According to the original article, New City Paradise’s NOC was approved by the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA). However, the approval covered only part of the project:

Down payments and installments vary by plot size and type — larger plots carry a higher down payment, and commercial plots have higher installments than residential ones. - Two passport-size photographs
- Two copies of your CNIC
- Two copies of your next of kin’s CNIC
- NICOP (for overseas clients)
