Approval
According to the legacy page, the society holds a NOC from the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) under registration number DG-PHATA/W-I/PHS/61/2022. The stated approval covers about 4,256 Kanal of a proposed 20,000 Kanal, and the developers state they are seeking approval for the remaining land. Confirm that any plot you are offered falls within the approved area.
Plots and payment plans
The 2023 plans list residential plots of 3.5 Marla, 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal, and commercial plots of 2.5, 4 and 7 Marla. Plots are booked with a down payment and the balance paid in monthly installments, with separate balloting and allotment payments; an earlier plan ran over 36 months. The published plan has changed over time, so request the current figures before booking.
Location and access
A 250-foot main boulevard connects the society to GT Road. The M-1 Motorway is about 2 minutes away, New City Wah and the Hazara Motorway about 10 minutes, the Islamabad–Rawalpindi Interchange about 18 minutes and Islamabad International Airport about 20 minutes. Wah Cantt, Taxila, Kamra and Hassan Abdal are nearby.
The master plan includes a grand mosque, commercial zones, parks, a botanical garden, sports grounds, a gymnasium and a planned water reservoir with overhead tanks.
