NOC status
According to the source, New City Paradise received its NOC from the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) under registration number DG-PHATA/W-I/PHS/61/2022. Of the roughly 20,000 Kanal the society holds, approval covered 4,256 Kanal, with approval of the layout plan for the remaining land described as expected. Confirm with PHATA whether a specific plot falls within the approved area before booking.
Payment plan

Collect an application form from the New City Paradise office or download it from the official website, or ask EFS Marketing to handle the booking. Submit the form with:
- Two passport-size photographs
- Two copies of your CNIC
- Two copies of your next of kin’s CNIC
