Blue World City is a housing project on Chakri Road near Chakri Interchange, developed by Blue Group of Companies. Its approval status has been one of the most common questions from buyers. NOC status
As of January 2023, the original article stated that Blue World City was going through the NOC approval process. It also reported that the society had won a case against the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) concerning its NOC, with the Rawalpindi Sessions Court ruling in the developer’s favour.
An NOC still being in process means the project was not, at that point, fully approved. A court ruling in a dispute is not the same as an issued NOC. Location and access
The society is on Chakri Road, adjacent to Chakri Interchange on the M-2 Motorway, which forms part of the CPEC route. The developers expect the location — near the new airport and CPEC — to support retail and wholesale activity in future.
