Blue World City held its first balloting of 2023 on 11 June 2023. The ceremony was attended by a number of well-known figures from the real estate sector, with a celebrated former cricketer as chief guest. At the same event the developers announced the Shoaib Akhtar Enclave in the Sports Valley block, after signing Shoaib Akhtar as the society’s brand ambassador.

What is a balloting ceremony?

A balloting ceremony is an event at which a housing society allocates specific plot numbers to investors who have booked plots. To be included, buyers must meet the society’s conditions — usually having paid a set portion of the plot price.

Eligibility criteria (2023)

Amount paidWhat it meant (as published in 2023)
90% of the plot priceEligible for the balloting and allocation of a plot number
100% of the plot priceEligible to take possession of the plot
40%–50% of the plot priceAdvised to pay up to 90% to join the next balloting

How to check balloting results

  1. Go to the official Blue World City website and open the balloting results section.
  2. Enter your registration number and your CNIC number in the two fields provided.
  3. View your result, which shows your registration number, member name, plot size, category (residential or commercial), block or sector, street number and plot number.

Results are only shown for members who were included in the balloting — that is, those who had paid 90% of the amount. Attending the event in person was not required.

Second balloting of 2023

At the time, the second balloting was expected three to four months after the first. Investors who had paid 40%–50% were advised to clear up to 90% of the amount to be included. Check with the developer for the outcome and any subsequent ballots.
