Blue World City in Rawalpindi Islamabad has expanded its master plan in stages, adding new blocks for residential and commercial buyers, including overseas Pakistanis. This update records two additions as reported in April 2023: the Sports Valley Block and, within it, the Shoaib Akhtar Enclave.
Shoaib Akhtar Enclave
The Shoaib Akhtar Enclave was announced at a launch event in Doha, Qatar, in March 2023. Blue World City signed former Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar as its brand ambassador and named the enclave within the Sports Valley Block after him.
The enclave focuses on residential plots in a central location within the society. At the time of writing, plot prices and the payment plan had not been announced. For later details, see Blue World City Shoaib Akhtar Enclave.
Sports Valley Block
Sports Valley is themed around sport and fitness. The developer plans a large cricket stadium — described in the source as the largest in the country — along with facilities for other sports. The block is intended to serve residents and visitors alike and to draw sports tourism.

Payment plan
