Shoaib Akhtar Enclave is a residential enclave within the Sports Valley block of Blue World City, the sports- and recreation-themed block the society launched shortly before. Blue World City signed former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar as its brand ambassador and named the enclave after him. This article reflects information published in April 2023.
Launch
The enclave was launched on 19 March 2023 at an event in Doha, Qatar, where Blue World City signed Shoaib Akhtar as brand ambassador. The developer described it as a sports-oriented real estate venture and stated plans for a large cricket stadium in the enclave.
Location and size
The enclave shares its location with the Sports Valley block, near Blue World City’s main entrance and easily reached from the main road. Around 170 Kanal of Sports Valley is reserved for it.
It is planned at the centre of the block’s facilities, which include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness centre and landscaped gardens.

The enclave is residential only. Plots were listed in these sizes:

What sets it apart
The enclave is intended as a model block within the society, with its sports focus and central position in Sports Valley. The developer stated that the development team would consult Shoaib Akhtar on the block’s planning.

At the time of the original article, Blue World City had not announced plot prices for the enclave; a payment plan was expected to follow. Ask an EFS Marketing consultant for the current plan and availability.
