NOC history (as stated)
According to the original article, Blue World City first received an NOC from the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) for 427 Kanal under registration number 532/10/DC, dated 07-08-2018. Following a jurisdiction dispute between RDA and the District Council, the government decided that residential societies would obtain approval from the District Council, and the article states that the society’s NOC was then issued by the District Council.

The society is on the main Chakri Road near Chakri Interchange, with direct access from the Lahore–Islamabad Motorway (M-2). It sits in open, scenic surroundings close to both Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Payment plan
Plots are sold on installment plans: a down payment at booking followed by installments. As published in July 2023, a 5 Marla residential plot was listed at PKR 1,490,000 under the then-new payment plan.
