University Town Islamabad sits on Kashmir Highway beside the M-2 Motorway interchange, just before the toll plaza. It is an established residential society of around 4,500 Kanal offering 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots, with several blocks already developed and occupied.
The society was first introduced in 1992 and officially launched in 2005 after receiving planning permission. According to the source, its NOC was approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) in 2006. The project is owned by Mr Abdul Aziz Khan, a professor from Peshawar.
Location and access
The legacy page places the society around 5 minutes from Islamabad International Airport and about 10 minutes from Zero Point.
