Lakeshore City

Lakeshore City is a residential and farmhouse development by Al Sadat Group, set near Khanpur Dam on main GT Road Jabbri. Marketed as part of the wider Islamabad property market, it combines a lakeside setting with planned community facilities.

The society covers 16,000 Kanals. Two blocks have been launched so far: Lakeshore Residencia, for residential plots, and Lakeshore Farms, for farmhouse plots.

What's on offer

Lakeshore Residencia offers 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal residential plots, while Lakeshore Farms offers 2 Kanal, 4 Kanal and 8 Kanal farmhouses. Both are sold on a 5-year installment plan.

For Lakeshore Residencia, the developer states there are no booking, confirmation, development or quarterly charges, and no down payment. A 5 Marla plot has been advertised at 0% down payment with monthly installments of 25,000 over five years. Payment plans for Lakeshore Farms and Lakeshore Residencia were published with last booking dates of 14 August 2024 and 6 September 2024 respectively.

The legacy page states the NOC is approved by TMA Khanpur, with approvals from Haripur Irrigation Division and the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA). Approval status can change, so verify it before booking.
