About Marina Sports City Lahore
Marina Sports City is a block added to Al Noor Orchard Lahore, a housing society developed by Al Jalil Developers. When EFS Marketing covered it in August 2023, residential plots of 3 Marla, 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal were open for booking in the block.
Commercial plots in the block had not been released at that time; the developer was expected to announce them later. Ask a consultant whether commercial bookings have since opened.
Al Noor Orchard as a whole is described on the legacy project page as an LDA-approved society of about 40 acres on Sharaqpur–Jaranwala Road, next to Faizpur Interchange on the M-2 Motorway. The parent society’s master plan also lists 4 Marla commercial plots and 3.5 and 5 Marla homes; these are society-wide figures and have not been confirmed for the Marina block.
The block is described as a gated community with round-the-clock security, parks and a community centre, with educational, commercial, healthcare and sports facilities planned. Development progress should be checked on site before booking.
