Al Noor Orchard Lahore

Al Noor Orchard Lahore is a housing society by Al Jalil Developers, the company behind Al Jalil Garden. Set on about 40 acres on Sharaqpur–Jaranwala Road, right beside Faizpur Interchange on the M-2 Motorway, it offers residential plots, commercial plots and ready-planned homes.

Location and access

The society sits on Sharaqpur–Jaranwala Road (also known as Jaranwala–Lahore Road), immediately next to Faizpur Interchange on the M-2 Islamabad–Lahore Motorway. Both the M-2 and the M-3 Abdul Hakeem Motorway are about an 8-minute drive away, Sagian Wala Bypass around 9 minutes and Lahore–Sargodha Road around 12 minutes. From here, roads lead on to Shahdara and central Lahore, with areas such as Gulshan-e-Ravi, Samanabad Town, Badami Bagh, Lahore Cantt and Allama Iqbal International Airport listed among nearby places.

What’s on offer

According to the master plan, the 40 acres are divided between residential and commercial land:

• Residential plots of 3 Marla, 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal
• Commercial plots of 4 Marla
• 3.5 Marla and 5 Marla homes
• A proposed layout for Block D, shown on the legacy page

Marina Sports City is a block within Al Noor Orchard, added in 2023. In August 2023 it was offering 3 Marla to 1 Kanal residential plots, with commercial plot bookings yet to be announced. Planned community facilities across the society include parks, a fitness centre, jogging tracks, sports facilities, schools and shopping areas, along with gated entrances and 24/7 surveillance.

The legacy project page states that the society’s NOC is approved by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) under registration LDA/DMP1/SKP/913. Approval status can change, so it should be verified with LDA before booking.
