Park View City Lahore

Park View City Lahore is an established housing society on Multan Road, about 3 km from Thokar Niaz Baig, developed by Vision Group. It covers roughly 7,000 Kanal and, according to the legacy project page, is planned for around 4,500 families, with residential plots from 3.5 Marla to 1 Kanal and 5 Marla commercial plots.

Vision Group is chaired by Aleem Khan and began its real estate activities in 2002. Its portfolio includes Park View Corporate Tower on Upper Mall, Park View Signature Apartments in Gulberg and Park View Icon in Karachi.

Blocks and plots

The society is divided into many blocks, including Golf Estate, The Walk, Park View Homes, Crystal, Topaz, Tulip Overseas, Overseas, Executive, Pearl, Silver, Cherry and Daisy, plus Broadway Commercial. Residential plots are offered in 3.5, 5 and 10 Marla and 1 Kanal, Park View Homes also lists 2 and 4 Kanal options, and commercial plots are 5 Marla, including in Broadway Commercial and Silver Block. Availability varies by block.

Planned and existing facilities include a gated, CCTV-monitored perimeter, underground electricity, a 9-hole golf course in the Golf Estate, a 300-Kanal amusement park near the Executive Block, a water theme park, a commercial zone with cinemas and a food court, and land set aside for education and health facilities.

Location and access

The society sits beside Multan Road and the National Highway, with the M-2 Motorway about 5 minutes away, Abdul Sattar Edhi Road about 8 minutes, Raiwind Road about 15 minutes, Defence Road about 19 minutes and Lahore Ring Road (L-20) about 25 minutes. Canal Bank Road is nearby, and areas such as DHA Lahore, Bahria Town Lahore, Valencia Town and Johar Town are within reach.
