Park View City Lahore is developed by Vision Group, the company behind Park View City Islamabad. At the time of the original article (August 2023), the project covered around 5,000 Kanal, and the developer said it intended to expand the land area over time.
The master plan reserves large areas for parks, shopping malls, markets, mosques, schools and colleges, health centres and business hubs. Residential and commercial plots are spread across a series of blocks.

Commercial plots
The developer announced the booking of 5 Marla commercial plots, opening the project to buyers interested in commercial property as well as homes.
Approval status
When the original article was written in August 2023, it stated that the society’s NOC had not yet been approved and that the developer had submitted the required documents to the Lahore Development Authority (LDA). Our project page now records the project as LDA-approved (as stated). Confirm the current position with the LDA before booking.
How to book a plot
You can book through EFS Marketing, or collect a booking form from the Park View City head office. Submit the form with:
- Passport-size photographs
- Two copies of your CNIC
- Two copies of your next of kin’s CNIC
- NICOP (overseas clients)
- Payment proof
