- The installment schedule (number and frequency of payments after booking) was not published in the original article.

Make sure you can meet the down payment and the full installment schedule from your own resources, without relying on loans from banks, friends or family.
Check the approval status
Only book in a legally approved society. The legacy project page describes Park View City Lahore as LDA approved; verify this yourself on the Lahore Development Authority’s official website before paying.
Visit the location
Visit the society and confirm that the facilities you need are nearby and that development in your chosen block matches what you have been told.
How to book
Bookings are made through the developer or an authorised dealer. EFS Marketing can assist with the booking. Submit the following with your application:
- Passport-size photographs
- Two copies of your CNIC
- Two copies of your next of kin’s CNIC
- NICOP for overseas clients
- Proof of payment
