Lahore Smart City offers residential plots across several blocks, each aimed at a different budget and buyer. This guide sets out the blocks and plot sizes as listed in June 2023. Availability may have changed since, so confirm with a consultant before booking.

General Block
The General Block is the most affordable option, aimed at buyers on lower incomes. It includes the basic facilities needed for everyday living.
Executive Block
The Executive Block is also positioned as affordable but with a broader range of facilities than the General Block, including health and education facilities, commercial areas, playgrounds, mosques and parks.
Overseas Block
A large portion of land is reserved for overseas Pakistanis in the Overseas Block, which is planned with comparatively more facilities than the other blocks.

Farmhouses
For buyers who want more space away from the city, Lahore Smart City offers 1 and 2 Kanal farmhouse plots in a quieter, greener setting.
How to book
Bookings can be made at the Lahore Smart City head office or online. You will need:
- Two passport-size photographs
- Two copies of your CNIC
- Two copies of your next of kin’s CNIC
- NICOP for overseas clients
