Lahore Smart City offers commercial plots alongside its residential inventory. The figures below are historical — prices change, so request the current plan before booking.

In each case the down payment was 10% of the total price, with the balance payable in quarterly installments. The source did not state the number of installments or any additional charges, so confirm the full schedule with the developer or an authorised partner.
How to book a commercial plot
- Research the developer and confirm the society’s approval status with the Lahore Development Authority (LDA).
- Book directly at the Lahore Smart City head office, or through an authorised sales partner — confirm the firm’s authorisation before paying.
- Request the current payment plan, including any premiums for corner, park-facing or main boulevard plots.
- Submit the booking form with the required documents and pay the down payment.

- Two copies of your next of kin’s CNIC
