Overseas Block
Added to the master plan in February 2018, the Overseas Block was described as the first block in a Pakistani housing society reserved for Pakistanis living abroad. It lies on the right side of the society and can be accessed directly from the Capital Smart City motorway interchange.
Plots are offered in 5, 7, 10 and 12 Marla, and 1 and 2 Kanal sizes. As published in April 2023, prices ranged from PKR 2,415,000 to PKR 12,190,000.
Overseas Prime Block
Overseas Prime Block is a further block for overseas buyers, with both residential and commercial plots. Residential plots range from 7 Marla to 4 Kanal, and commercial plots are available in 4, 6 and 8 Marla.
Overseas Prime II Block
Added in response to demand from overseas clients, Overseas Prime II offers residential plots of 5, 7, 10 and 12 Marla, and 1 and 2 Kanal.
Executive Block
Announced in 2019, the Executive Block sits at the centre of the society. Prices are somewhat higher than in General Block, and the society allows files to be merged under certain conditions.
General Block
General Block was the society’s first block and is located near the Overseas Block. Its prices are lower than those of the Executive and Overseas blocks, which may suit buyers working with a smaller budget.
Choosing a block and booking
Not every block offers every plot size or category — some have no commercial plots. Check availability in your preferred block first, then apply. You will need:
- Two passport-size photographs
- Two copies of your CNIC
- Two copies of your next of kin’s CNIC
- NICOP (overseas clients)
