This article updates our earlier preview with the details reported at launch in January 2023 — prices in particular came in higher than we had anticipated. The project is planned with a security force, round-the-clock power supply, a waste management system and educational institutions. The source stated that around 40% of development work had been completed at the time of writing.

According to the source, the project has approval from the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) and the Sindh Development Authority (SDA). Approval status can change — verify with the relevant authorities before booking.

The master plan covers about 4,756 acres, divided into blocks with their own layouts. Property types include residential plots, villas, apartments and commercial plots.

Payment plan
