Park View City Islamabad is a housing project in Zone 4 of Islamabad. It combines low-rise and high-rise buildings around a central park, with several commercial areas and a range of homes from budget-friendly to premium.

Location
Park View City sits opposite Bahria Enclave and close to educational institutions including COMSATS University Islamabad. Its expansions look out over the Murree hills. Quoted distances include:

The project can also be reached via Kuri Road from Kashmir Highway, Lehtrar Road and Islamabad Highway.
Development progress
The project includes apartments, houses, villas and commercial units, with parks, mosques, a commercial area and a clubhouse. At the time of the update, most blocks had been developed: Blocks A, B, C, D, E, H and the Overseas Block were under development or already delivered to buyers, homes were being built, and commercial activity was picking up in the Commercial Downtown block.
The latest launch was Hills Estate, a block oriented towards views of the Murree hills. An extension block, J, has also been launched.

The Overseas Block is the project's premium block, with amenities aimed at overseas Pakistanis. At the time of publication, 5 Marla plots were offered on a 2-year payment plan with 25% due at booking.
