Blue World City is one of the more distinctive housing projects marketed around Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Rather than presenting itself only as a residential scheme, it is planned as a tourism-themed community, with landmark attractions sitting alongside residential, commercial and farmhouse blocks.

This short guide summarises what makes the project different and what buyers should check before committing.

A tourism-led concept

The project’s planned attractions include a water theme park, a hot air balloon arena, BWC Tower, a cricket stadium, a polo club and a horse mascot structure. These are intended to give the community a character of its own and to draw visitors as well as residents.

Location

Blue World City sits next to Chakri Road in Rawalpindi, on the border between Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The Chakri toll plaza on the M-2 Motorway is around 13 minutes away, and the new Islamabad airport road is roughly a 30-minute drive.

Blocks and plot range

The society is divided into blocks, each with its own plot sizes and payment plan. This gives buyers a wide range of entry points.
