Silver City Islamabad
Developers
Silver City is a joint venture between Laraib Associate & Developers (Pvt) Ltd and SAREMCO Group. Both are established names in Pakistani real estate, and the partners also cite experience in other sectors, including government power projects. The venture aims to balance quality with affordability.
Approval
According to the source, the scheme has received a No Objection Certificate from the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Confirm this directly with the RDA before booking, as approval records can change.
Location
The project lies along Girja Road near Thalian Interchange. It is around ten minutes by car from Islamabad International Airport and has a direct connection to Rawalpindi Ring Road. Neighbouring developments include Up Country Enclosure and CBR Phase 2.
Master plan and payment plan
The master plan combines modern facilities with a planned layout, and plots are offered on an installment plan designed to keep monthly commitments manageable.
Seven Wonders City
Developers
Seven Wonders City is developed by GFS Builders & Developers, who have around 15 years of experience and several completed projects.
Approval
At the time of writing, the society's NOC had not been approved. The source stated that the developer had met the requirements for a No Objection Certificate, but buyers should treat the project as unapproved until the relevant authority confirms otherwise.
Location
The society is located close to the M-14 Hakla–D.I. Khan Motorway, which gives visitors straightforward road access.
Master plan and payment plan
The project's signature idea is a set of replicas of the Seven Wonders of the World within the society. As a newer project, further details of the master plan were expected to be released over time. Plots can be reserved with a down payment and the balance paid in installments; the source noted that prices were higher than in Kingdom Valley.
