Seven Wonders City Islamabad is developed by GFS Builders & Developers, a company with around 15 years of experience developing real estate projects in several Pakistani cities. The society offers residential plots, commercial plots and Resort Homes, sold with a down payment and monthly installments.
How pricing works
Prices vary by property category and size. Commercial plots cost more than residential plots of the same size. Each plot is booked with a down payment of 10% of the total price, with the balance spread over installments.
Pre-launch payment plan (residential)
GFS announced a pre-launch plan before the project’s official launch:

How to book
Visit the GFS head office, download the booking form from the developer’s official website, or ask EFS Marketing to handle the booking. You will need:
- Two passport-size photographs
- Two copies of your CNIC
- Two copies of your next of kin’s CNIC
- NICOP (for overseas clients)
